A woman I know share with me that nothing good happens without love and forgiveness.  This played like a movie in my consciousness for a long time.  Until I realized the implications of what she said .  If nothing good happens without love and forgiveness, then it does not matter what happens because what makes it good is love and forgiveness.   Since I have the capacity to love and forgive, I can create goodness from anything.   Not that there are not any preference that one should strive for and things that are harmful to our mind and body that we should avoid and discipline ourselves from not happening. 

I was in my AA meeting on New Years Eve. I was not looking forward to the New Year.  I was so inspired by the participants in the meeting that I made a declaration.  I said, I will live every moment of my life as if what happens to me is a canvas to express Gods work on earth.   No matter what it is I am going to love it and make ti good and I said this is irrevocable.   I woke up New Year’s Day and the last thing I wanted to is to love anything never mind everything in my life to do Gods work on earth.    I said what the fuck and did what I declared I was going to do. I was amazed by what happened. I was shot out a rocket into this New Year.   I woke up today January 2 and I was not worried about anything.   I did not care what life threw at me because I am going to love it and it is going to be good.  Who gives a fuck what happens!

That is all I wrote.  I hope you have a Happy New Year.  You don’t have to wish me a Happy New Year because it is a done deal for me. Whatever happens I am going to love it and it will be good and I will have a happy New Year.
